Efficient Wastewater Volume Reduction through Thermal Evaporation
Our Gas-Fired Wastewater Evaporator is a robust and reliable solution designed to reduce wastewater volume by up to 90–95% through high-efficiency thermal evaporation. Powered by an LPG or Natural Gas burner, this system is ideal for industries looking to minimize liquid waste and reduce disposal costs.
Working
Feed from Storage Tank:
Wastewater is transferred from a dedicated storage tank into the evaporator using a motor-driven pump.
Evaporation Process:
Inside the evaporator chamber, a powerful gas burner heats a built-in heat exchanger. This raises the temperature of the wastewater to its boiling point, causing the water content to vaporize.
Vapor Release:
The clean water vapor exits through the vent stack, while heavy contaminants and sludge remain in the chamber.
Concentrate Removal:
After a cycle, the concentrated waste is drained from the bottom through a drain valve, leaving behind only a fraction of the original wastewater.
Water Recovery:
The system can recover clean water from wastewater, which can be reused in industrial processes, reducing the demand on fresh water resources. This is optional.
Key Features
1. Gas-Fired Heating: Efficient direct heating via LPG or Natural Gas burner.
2. Reduces Waste Volume: Minimizes disposal cost by reducing wastewater volume up to 90–95%.
3. Sturdy Construction: Heavy-duty chamber with high-grade insulation and internal heat exchanger.
4 Easy Access: Top inspection door for routine checks and maintenance.
5. Level Indicators: High and low-level sensors for both storage and evaporator tanks.
6 Low Maintenance: Simple design with fewer moving parts ensures long-term reliability.
