Working :

  • Wastewater is pumped from the storage tank to the evaporator chamber.Automatic high-level and low-level sensors maintain precise water levels for safe operation.
  • A high-efficiency biomass pellet burner generates hot flue gases.These gases pass through the heat exchanger tubes, transferring heat to the wastewater efficiently.
  • As the wastewater heats up, water begins to evaporate.The generated vapor exits through the vent stack, ensuring continuous evaporation.
  • After evaporation, concentrated sludge remains at the bottom.It can be removed through the top inspection door or drained using the sludge drain valve.
