Our Electric Wastewater Evaporator offers a reliable, low-maintenance solution for reducing industrial effluent volumes — without using oil, gas, or steam. Powered by electric immersion heaters, it is ideal for small-scale operations, indoor use, and emission-sensitive zones.
Due to higher electricity consumption, this model is designed for low capacities only. We have electric evaporators up to 100 LPH maximum capacity.
How It Works
1. Automatic Water Inlet
Wastewater is pumped from the storage tank to the evaporator chamber. High-level and low-level sensors manage water input for safe operation.
2. Electric Heating
The clean water vapor exits through the vent stack, while heavy contaminants and sludge remain in the chamber.
3. Vapor Discharge
After a cycle, the concentrated waste is drained from the bottom through a drain valve, leaving behind only a fraction of the original wastewater.
4. Sludge Removal
The system can recover clean water from wastewater, which can be reused in industrial processes, reducing the demand on fresh water resources. This is optional.
5. Temperature Control
A built-in sensor maintains temperature precision and protects heaters from overheating
